The mission of the Police Athletic League of Jacksonville is to enrich the lives of children by creating positive relationships between law enforcement officers and the youth of our community through educational, athletic and leadership programs.

The JaxPAL Mustangs Cheer Team had a successful fundraiser on July 10th at Blaze Pizza in the Town Center. Between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, patrons came out to buy pizza. A portion of the proceeds went to the cheer program. The event raised more than $400 for cheer. Thank to all that came out to support our young ladies.

There were more top finishers at the AAU Primary Nationals at UNF. Athletes that received medals were:

Jasmine Genyard 5th in Javelin.

Hakim Johnson 4th in Javelin

Taliyah Johnson 8th in Long Jump

Kel'Mari Bellamy 3rd in 1500m
